This Veterans Day, we want to pause and simply say thank you.
Tampa Bay has deep military roots. With MacDill Air Force Base in our backyard, veterans, service members and military families are woven into nearly every neighborhood we serve, from Apollo Beach and Riverview to Brandon, Wesley Chapel and Bradenton.
They are our neighbors. And many of them are part of the Mega Door family.
To the Veterans Who Own Homes With Us
Some of the owners we work with served in uniform before they ever bought a rental property. Others are still serving, managing their homes from duty stations across the country or around the world.
Thank you for trusting us with your home while you served, and after. Your discipline, patience and sense of duty show up in how you care for your investments, and we're grateful to work alongside you.
To the Veterans and Military Families Who Live in the Homes We Manage
To our residents who served, and to the spouses and children who moved, waited and sacrificed alongside them: thank you.
We know military life can mean last-minute orders and moves on short notice. Florida law recognizes that too, giving service members specific rights to end a lease early when they receive qualifying orders. We're glad it does. Our job is to make home feel like home for as long as you're here.

Whether you served for two years or thirty, in peacetime or in combat, at home or overseas, your service made the communities we work in possible.
