At Mega Door Property Management, protecting your investment isn't a marketing line, it's a written commitment. Owners on our Premier plan get two guarantees that go beyond standard Tampa Bay property management, backed in writing, not just in a sales pitch.
Pet Damage Protection
Pets are one of the biggest unknowns for rental owners, so on our Premier plan we take that risk off your plate. For any pet we approve for your property, we guarantee up to $1,000 in damage protection for pet-related damage beyond what the security deposit covers. That means you can say yes to pet owners, who tend to stay longer and pay on time, without carrying the risk alone.
Leasing Guarantee
We stand behind every tenant we place. If a resident does not fulfill at least 9 months of their lease term, we will find you a new, qualified tenant at no additional leasing fee. It's how we back up our screening process with more than a promise.
