Our Story
Mega Door Property Management is a mother-daughter owned and operated property management company serving the Tampa Bay area and surrounding rental markets. We founded Mega Door Property Management out of a desire to offer something the industry was missing: a truly personal, hands-on approach to managing rental properties. Our journey began through our own experience as real estate investors and rental property owners. Having navigated the challenges of property ownership firsthand, we set out to build the kind of property management company we would want managing our own investments.

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Joy brings over 20 years of real estate and finance experience to Mega Door Property Management. With a background in business ownership, mortgage finance, and real estate investing, she approaches property management from an owner’s perspective, focused on protecting properties, maximizing returns, and building strong client relationships.
Hannah Pike
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Hannah oversees the day-to-day operations, leasing, marketing, and resident experience at Mega Door Property Management. With a background in operations and marketing, she focuses on creating efficient systems, strong communication, and a smooth experience for both property owners and residents.
Camille Cando
Assistant Property Manager
Camille supports the day-to-day management of our properties and works closely with both residents and the Mega Door team. She assists with resident communication, maintenance coordination, lease administration, and the many details that keep our properties running smoothly.
Kennedy Daniels
Field Coordinator
Kennedy is our boots on the ground, helping ensure the properties we manage are well cared for. He handles property visits, reviews, maintenance coordination, and on-site needs while keeping our office team informed about the condition of each home.
